I wanted to write out a brief note to all of you who patiently waited with us yesterday. Last night on March 26th, we finally launched access to our first ever title, Slender: The Arrival. I’d like to first of all thank each and every one of you for your support. We are a very small independent game development group and we’ve poured absolutely everything we have into this game; we hope you will like what we’ve put together.
With that being said, we had a few problems with the launch last night and for that I’d like to sincerely apologize. On behalf of the entire development team at Blue Isle Studios, and Mark at Parsec Productions, we’d like you to know that we are doing everything we can to make sure you get your copy of the game. Every customer is tremendously important to us and we can absolutely understand your frustrations at the late launch, missing emails, and some download links not working. | View Full Page

Due to a greater than expected demand for the Producer’s Edition of The Arrival, we have decided to make it a limited time offer which now ends Saturday, March 2nd. We originally thought up the Producer’s Edition as a very special reward tier for select fans, what we didn’t anticipate is how many of you would purchase that reward tier. You guys have far exceeded our expectations and we can’t thank you enough. We’d like the Producer’s Edition to still retain some measure of exclusivity for those who have already purchased and this means we need to limit its run.
If you have already purchased the Producer’s Edition; thank you so much for your support – nothing changes for you, you’ll receive all of your bonuses as expected. For those of you who haven’t yet bought the Producer’s Edition but would like to, you’ll have until Saturday, March 2nd to grab your copy. | View Full Page
